What’s In Your Food?

This presentation focuses on providing nutritional information in restaurants focused primarily on those located in Columbus and Central Ohio. This allows consumers to make informed decisions about what they plan to eat for their meals and affecting what other meals they may eat after leaving the restaurants.   1. There should be a strong regulatory body like National Drugs and Food Administration, making sure that standard are follows. It is one thing for a label to be put and is another, assessing the actual composition of what is being claimed. This can only be possible with an unbiased analysis from a regulatory body. By this, restaurant owners/managers will strive to maintain standard of any nutrition information, and anybody taking such foods will be from an informed position, base on actual facts.
