The Skinny on Norovirus

Norovirus or “Norwalk-like Virus” as it use to be called is an environmental health concern, especially in the world of food-borne illnesses. This is a concern, that public health professionals, food-handlers, and consumers must pay close attention to, especially when eating a delectable such as seafood. With the summer quickly approaching and the beach-time fun coming, there will be millions upon millions of people consuming seafood during these warm months. I hope you enjoy my presentation below and learn a little something before you indulge yourself in the greatness that is seafood.
