Improving the Nutritional Value of our Nation’s School Meal

Alarmed by the rising trend of childhood obesity in the developed world, especially the United States, this presentation echoes a need for improvement in the feeding system at our public schools. Studies reveal that the foods children eat in school play a role in the obesity epidemic among children. This presentation addresses all
stakeholders, puts forward substantial evidence to validate why we should be concerned, brings to light some strategies for improvement and finally establishes the need for agreement in fulfilling the goal of improving schools’
meals. Please click here to view presentation. I hope that the information is helpful. If you have any questions,
