  1. Very informative. The presentation cleared up a couple of misconceptions I had about Dengue transmission.

I do have one question, though: Do any of the species of mosquito listed in your presentation have a habitat in the United States, or are they found mostly in tropical and sub-tropical climates?

  2. Great information. The presentation flowed in a logical manner.

I do have one question. Has there been any cases where the transmission occured in the US?

  3. I thought the presentation was very informative. Helpful precautions if we comply. Amazing the preparation it takes to remain healthy but no work required to be unhealthy. What risk does animals, birds and plants encompass?

  4. I did not know hardly anything at all about Dengue or that there were multiple symptoms other than fever. I also did not know that it could be transferred from mother to child, blood supply or transplant organs. Which leads me to my question: Does Dengue Disease continue with you through out your life or does it inflict you only for a duration of time?

  5. Up until this point I had never heard of Dengue. Your presentation educated me on what Dengue is and I found it very interesting. I enjoyed the flow of the presentation and the graphics. Thanks for the information.

  6. This was a well-organized slide presentation. I have heard of a few people that have had Dengue Fever and I have always wanted to learn more about it. The material was easy to understand.

I will know to protect myself by taking the proper precautions and staying away from breeding grounds!
