Escherichia coli (E. coli)

This presentation focuses on the growing concerns of foodborne illnesses such as Escherichia coli (E. coli).  The purpose of this presentation is to educate and increase awareness about E. coli.  Though this presentation was specifically designed and developed for the food service industry, it offers preventative measures for both consumers and the food service workers in reducing the transmission of E. coli.
