CHEMICAL EXPOSURE AND THE ENDOCRINE SYSTEM: The real effects.

I am hear to give a presentation on the effects of chemical exposure on the endocrine system.  Chemical exposure is becoming a very important topic all over the globe and can affect everyone in a round about way.  In Public Health, it is the role of the professional to help identify the health risks that are associated with certain exposures.  I have chosen to focus more on the average person and agricultural families and what these chemical exposures can mean.

Please click here to view the full presentation.  I hope that I have provided some information that is useful to you.

  1. Sounds very interesting….especially to a farm girl such as myself 🙂

  2. Very informative! Makes you think about picking up chemicals to spray the lawn or garden! Good job! 🙂

  3. It seems like you spent a lot of time on it. I had to look hard to find things that could be improved. consistency with titles, text font and size, and the spacing of the pictures and text were great. Some things to consider though… The white text on the background you chose might be difficult for someone to see when it is projected onto a screen. It looks fine on a computer screen but might not be in a presentation setting. The overview of the power point was a little busy (little to wordy). It may cause people to concentrate on the words and not on your voice or vice versa. I also thought that some of the bullets on adrenal, hypothalmus, etc… could have had a little more information on them. I guess thats it. Good work.
